"Our driver was stuck in traffic coming from London, but was very apologetic and actually it all worked out in the end. I'm only knocking off two stars because we got an additional £40 charge when they had calculated the original quote wrong (something to do with extra distance). By which point, there was no other option we could use to get home from Glastonbury so had to just pay it. "
